The American Scholastic Chess Federation offers a rating service that will allow you to have a modern, up- to-date rating
that is calculated on the 1st and 15th of every month, using the ELO rating system. With membership, you also receive six
(6) issues of the scholastic magazine, The Chess Scholar. In addition, you are entiled to discounts on entry fees and books
sold through major affiliates.
